Our banners are usually made with durable nylon-reinforced vinyl, but we can use other materials if you prefer.

Our consultants will work with you on a design that will maximise the visibility of your logo or message. As far as colours, the options are nearly unlimited. We can do full colour or keep it simple, and the banners can be accents to other signage or the centrepiece of your communication strategy. How Long Do Banners Last?

Our customers often ask us how long their custom banners will last, and the answer depends on several factors. The longevity of your banners can vary widely. First of all, whether they are indoor or outdoor is the most important factor. Signs that are exposed to environmental conditions like rain, wind, and sun may fade and therefore not last as long as those used inside or in areas protected from these elements.

Banners are often used for more short-term situations, but your SIGNWAVE consultant will be able to discuss these details with you to help you determine if they are the best signage choice for your business. Simply put, banners are not a great substitution for permanent signage.

  • We are able to provide delivery for your custom signs and visual graphics, digital signage, exhibit displays, promotional items and banner stands.
  • The turnaround time for your custom signs depends on the complexity of the project and the quantity ordered.
  • SIGNWAVE provides a wide variety of sign materials in the creation of custom signs. We use materials for short and long-term applications and recommend materials based on the needs of your unique project.
  • We can create signs in virtually any size to give your message the greatest chance of being noticed, read and remembered, especially from a distance.
  • Our consultants recommend full colour graphics to help you communicate your brand message and enhance the visibility of your business. The choice of colour is important when you consider the custom sign for your business. Colour graphics are eye-catching and provide a professional look for your custom signs.
  • We can use the Pantone Matching System (PMS) to define a colour, or we can match colour from a CMYK chart printed on the machine that will ultimately create your custom sign. Our consultants can print a test swatch to test the best match for your special colour matching needs.
  • All raster images should be a minimum of 100-150 dpi at full production size, depending on viewing distance for the signs.
  • To provide a custom sign that meets your needs, it’s important that you provide the logo as a vector-based file. You can save your logo as an .eps file for the highest quality reproduction. As long as your logo is vector artwork, it can also be provided as .eps, .ai or PDF file.
