She formed a partnership with BRW Fast 100 company, Shirlaws Business Consultants, then started her own practice. White Room Consulting was founded to specialise in the small business sector (under $10m) to which she has always had a strong commitment.

For over 30 years, Linda has worked to build the commercial success of enterprises in a vast array of industry sectors and business types. This breadth and depth of experience translate into an intimate knowledge of the requirements of small business entrepreneurship with a simple, structured, and hands-on approach to working with business owners.

Dean Rowland

Dean Rowland

From early on, Dean had a strong love of the arts and music that only grew after he played in orchestras, brass ensembles, and live bands. It was to pay dividends.

Prior to his role as managing director of SIGNWAVE Newtown and eventually master franchisor of SIGNWAVE Australia, Dean was a business development manager at Flash Graphics where he cultivated a number of high-profile accounts in the arts and cultural sector as well as retaining key retail industry clients such as Rebel Sport and Polo Ralph Lauren.

His business success was founded on a solid background in retail management training earned with retail conglomerate Coles Myer and innovative media specialist, Letraset. Bolstered by a graphic design and marketing tertiary degree, Dean has remained committed to evolving and elevating both the creation and delivery of graphics materials as well as the level of communication with clients.

SIGNWAVE Newtown has been the leading Australian SIGNWAVE store for more than 14 years in the 16 it has been trading. Servicing clients such as McDonald's, KFC, The Australian Museum, Taronga Zoo, and the Sydney Opera House, SIGNWAVE Newtown has consistently produced impactful products for organizations that demand service and results second to none. Dean’s background has led to significant business success in arts and cultural festivals - including meeting the signage requirements for the illustrious Sydney Festival for almost a decade.
