Responsibilities: The general manager performs a wide range of duties related to staffing and personnel, customer service and satisfaction, sales and marketing, inventory management, store accounting and billing.  The manager is ultimately responsible for the efficiency, profitability and overall performance of the business.

Previous Experience: Leo has over 20 years experience in customer service and 10 years in senior management including senior positions at Pioneer Electronics and Parker Furniture. Leo's determined approach and pursuit of excellence has seen his signage business win significant awards in the time it has been operating. Furthermore, Signwave South Melbourne has become one of the leading sign companies in Victoria, with many companies both big and small within the industry, now seeking advice from Signwave South Melbourne. Leo has developed an excellent understanding of all facets within the industry from design, through production to installation. His commercial judgement is excellent as is his understanding of the need for excellent customer service.

MARISKA ALBERS

Current Position: Store Manager:

Responsibilities: Mariska performs a wide range of daily duties related predominantly related to customer service and satisfaction, along with staffing and personnel, sales and marketing, store accounting and billing. 

Previous Experience: Mariska has over 14 years experience in the sign and print industries and has an excellent understanding of customer service and business management. Mariska has previously owned a small business and constantly wins praise from our customers for her attention to detail and unbeatable commitment to our customers. Mariska has recently won an international award for store management.

Responsibilities: Aaron provides an on-site consultancy service, interpreting customer's needs, providing advice and ensuring products supplied meet the desired needs of the customer. Aaron is available to visit clients at their sites when necessary.

Previous Experience: Aaron has over 15 years experience in the signage industry and has an excellent understanding of all facets within the industry from design, through production to installation. Aaron also has an excellent understanding of quality and deadlines.
